Install the DMSS app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store
Step 4 - Import your Devices

Use the below workaround as a temporary fix. This will prevent Live View form working on a WiFi connection, but it will work on 4G. DMSS "DNS" WorkaroundOn some Android phones that are experiencing issues live viewing or playing back footage, follow the steps below to manually set a DNS address to the phone. These phones that are experiencing issues are due to certain network providers 1. Open "Settings". 2. Select "Connections" 3. Select "More Connection Settings". 4. Select "Private Settings". 5. In the "Private DNS prover hostname" field, enter "dns.google", then select "Save". |
