As per the TIA568A standard, pin 4,5,7,8 are unused for 100mb data transmission.
DC+ / DC - and Rx+ / Rx - and Tx+ / Tx -
This enables you to terminate with 2 pairs, giving you 2 RJ45 connections over 4 pairs.
The below diagram labels the pin number and orientation.
Follow the table below for instructions.
Do not use pins 4, 5, 7 & 8 as this will not work.
