To unbind a previous user from the DMSS app, follow the steps below :
- Open the DMSS App: Launch the DMSS app on your device.
- Click on the ‘+’ sign and choose any one of the 4 ways to add your device, as below,
3. Enter or Scan the SN.
4. Choose “NVR or CVR " from the list.
5. Click on "Appeal" to raise an appeal to unbind the previous account holder.
6. As the next step, it will procced to ask you for the current password of the NVR.
7. Enter the “Password of the recorder” and select the “Unbind Immediately” option.
8. As the next step it will take you to a page to “confirm” that the unbinding is completed.
9. Once the unbinding process is completed, You will get a notification saying “ The device [SN] you applied for unbinding has passed ”.
