Open the windows drivers zip and extract it to another folder. Then open the folder for your operating system and whether it is 32/64 bit. If you are not sure, use the x86 Installer called CP210xVCPInstaller_x86.exe
Then proceed to run the Programming Software and follow the instructions from the quick start guide to get it set up.
For panels other than the Watchguard series, the WGSMSC configuration will not vary, but the settings on the panel may.
