    How to adjust the Intercom audio settings

    Monitor Audio Settings

    Adjust ringtone volume and audio from Door Station to Monitor

    1. Tap on Settings and log in with the Password 123456
    2. Tap on Ring, then VTO Ring
    3. Tap on  or  to increase/decrease the ringtone volume
    4. The two ringtones available are phone_ring1.pcm and phone_ring2.pcm tap on the currently selected ringtone to change it.

    Adjust ringtone volume and audio from Monitor to Monitor

    1. Tap on Settings and log in with the Password 123456
    2. Tap on Ring, then VTH Ring
    3. Tap on  or  to increase/decrease the ringtone volume
    4. The two ringtones available are phone_ring1.pcm and phone_ring2.pcm tap on the currently selected ringtone to change it.

    Adjusting Microphone and Speaker volume

    1. Tap on Settings and log in with the Password 123456
    2. Tap on Ring, then Other.
    3. Tap on  or to increase/decrease the MIC (Microphone) and Talk (Speaker) Volume.

    Adjusting Ring Duration

    1. Tap on Settings and log in with the Password 123456
    2. Tap on Ring, then Other.
    3. Adjust the VTH Ring Time in 15 second intervals to adjust the call time when calling from Monitor to Monitor.
    4. Adjust the VTO Ring Time in 15 second intervals to adjust the call time when calling from Door Station to Monitor.

    Door Station Audio

    Adjusting Microphone and Speaker volume on the Door Station

    1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer is recommended) and enter the default IP address of the Door Station (192.168.1.108) into the address bar.
    2. Navigate to Local Setting > Video & Audio.
    3. Adjust the Mic (Microphone) and Beep (Speaker) volume.

    Adjusting Audio Control Options in the Door Station

    1. Open a web browser (Internet Explorer is recommended) and enter the default IP address of the Door Station (192.168.1.108) into the address bar.
    2. Navigate to Local Setting > Video & Audio.
    3. Adjust the Audio Control options:   
    • Voice Prompt Sound: Voice prompts such as "Calling now, please wait a moment"
      Ringback Sound: Sound that places when the VTO is dialling the monitor
      Unlock Sound: "The door is unlocked" voice prompt
      Tampered Alarm Sound: Tamper Alarm
      Leave Message Notification Sound: "Please press the button to leave a message" voice prompt
