    How to resolve account has been blacklisted error message in the mobile application

    This error message can be displayed if there was a suspicious activity such as incorrect logins or outdated firmware attempting to use the P2P server.

    Although this is not always the case, sometimes there are false positives.

    To resolve the issue, update your devices to the latest firmware and factory reset the recorder.
