The INTIPMONKW & INTIPMONKB do not include an SD card.
The Micro SD card is located inside the unit, and will require removal of the 4 Phillip's screws on the back of the monitor.
After the Micro SD card is installed it is recommended to format the card, got to Settings, Product Info, then Format.
The maximum Micro SD Card size the monitor will accept is 32GB.
